Jen Dobosz, president, called the meeting to order at 6:08 pm. Mark Cellar, director, and Valeri Boswell, treasurer, Meagan Feger, vice president, Kristin Teuscher, secretary were present. Members/Parents Lisa Delaney,

1. Meeting minutes from Sept 2023 was presented and approved.

2. Treasurer’s Report Bal 9/30/23- $ $19,139.02 ( peaches still in) 10/4/23 $20,304.31

3.Marching updates-

-Meals for remaining competitions- Randy Teuscher grilling burgers for Harrison & sandwhiches for Regionals

-Light drivers- need drivers to pick up lights for Monday night practices

-Tickets for State -Pre sale Oct 20

-Winter Percussion needs Fundriasing – Max

- Parry’s Pizza Fundraiser Oct 24

The next booster club meeting will be Dec 6, 2023 at 6:00pm in the CV Band Room
