Castle View Band Booster Club Meeting

Wednesday December 7th,2022


 Mark Cellar, director, and Valeri Boswell, treasurer, Meagan Feger, vice president, Amy Bodfield, co-treasurer, Kristin Teuscher, secretary, Elizabeth and Allecia were present

 

Motion was made to approve November 2022 minutes. 


Alecia spoke to Boosters about Winter Guard asking for $150 for 2 travel bags for Flags ( $30 x 2) & a Riffle bag $65. The motion was approved. 


Treasurer’s Report

As of 11/30 Balance was $10,102.15 (Peaches has not been taken out yet) 

Fundraisers

 - Dickies brought in $43.40

- Jan 10th Cold Stone 

- Amazon wish $50 / King Soopers $425

- Kristin will look into a Pancake breakfast at Applebee's 


Feeder Festival

- Amy & Meghan will volunteer and work the table 

Trip Year- Yes Orlando.


Gala  

Tickets $45 / $ 55 


December concert 12/15

- Need Volunteer for snacks

Decor? Poinsettias 


Dec 14th Butter Braids come in
