Jen Dobosz, President, called the meeting to order at 5:03 PM. Mark Cellar, Director, Jen

Dobozs, President, Leigh Wright, Vice President, Valeri Boswell, Treasurer, and Gloria Kim,

Secretary were present.

Previous meeting notes were approved by Jen and seconded by Leigh

The agenda was presented and accepted.

1. Treasurer’s Report - Valeri Boswell

Balance as of end of April: $20,813.95

Balance as of today: $23,793.78

Peaches check has not yet cleared - after check clears, remaining balance $17,874.78

a. Misc Payments

b. Town Grant

Town Grant meeting 6/17. Leigh is planning on attending with 4-5 band kids to talk about the

band program at all they do.

2. Booster Board Elections

a. Current Ballot - Leigh Wright (President), Sarah Ottonello (VP)

Leigh Wright and Sarah Ottonello were voted in unanimously.

b. Gloria and Val have agreed to stay on given that no one has indicated they

want to run.

3. Summer Activities

a. Mini Camp - Refreshments, parent meeting, and handouts

We will do floats at 4:45pm before the mattress fundraiser meeting.

b. Pool Party - Friday, Aug. 1 following Band Camp 4-8pm

Leigh will rent the area, get wrist bands & put together a list of what is needed. Sarah will send a

post the link on the band app.

c. Uniform fitting

Fitting all marching kids with full red coat/black bibs, shako, and gauntlets uniform this season.

d. Senior pictures/banners

Jen will coordinate with football again this year for senior pictures and banners.

4. Other Items

a. DM Camp:

Mark will discuss possible drum major camps with current drum majors. Kids will pay a portion

of the cost then Boosters will cover the remainder. Other leadership students are welcome to go

at their own expense. Possible Mark to offer it to leadership on off trip years in the future.
