Castle View Band Booster Club Meeting August 2nd, 2023

• Jen Dobosz, president, called the meeting to order at 6:04 pm. Mark Cellar, director, and Valeri Boswell, treasurer, Meagan Feger, vice president, Kristin Teuscher, secretary, Joan Gandy (insert roll)  & Tara & Wade Merkle were present.The agenda was presented and accepted. ·         Motion was made and accepted to approve May 2023 minutes. Treasurer’s Report ·         7/31 $13,895.16   8/3 $17,219.27 ·         Outstanding checks $1,891.00 ·         Net Availability $15,328.27 ·           Fundraiser update ·          Smart cow $75 ·         58 tumblers sold. ·         Peach sale info coming out this week. Summer Recap ·         Pizza pool party great success ·         Senior band pics went well Marching band volunteer needs (all on parent survey) ·         Uniforms ·         Food prep person needed. ·         Pit needs    The next club meeting Sept 6th at 6:00pm in the CV Band Room Meeting adjourned at 6:52 pm.
