Castle View Band Booster Club Meeting

Jen Dobosz, president, called the meeting to order at 6:04pm. Mark Cellar, director, Meagan Feger, vice president, Kristin Teuscher, secretary was present. The agenda was presented and accepted.

Meeting minutes

• Motion was made and accepted to approve the March 2024 minutes.

Treasurer’s Report

• Town Grant meeting June 18, hoping to get band members to attend.

• March 31 $17,599.36

• April 3rd $17,132.81

• Outstanding checks $4,908.00 peaches

• Ending balance $12,224.81

Fundraiser

• Crumbl April 16th 3pm-9pm

• Applebee’s pancake breakfast May the 4th ( Star wars attire?)  $10 tickets link up and running

Gala

• Winter Percussion & Guard to perform at Gala

• Silent auction $1,00 in baskets  / sponsorship $2,750 – kids signing up for work auction

• Set up plan – rental set up to deliver 8-4

• Catering/ meal service

• Banners posters change date we have 3 now and comp list ( 13)
