Only one more WP payment since last month. 4 partial payments outstanding/ 1 full payment
b. Other payments
Currently tracking payments for Elites and Scott Lange
c. CFA results and discussion
There were issues with app orders, so CFA indicated that only one person had made an app
purchase with the band code. We sent them copies of three receipts with a screenshot
indicating that it went towards the band fundraiser, and CFA said they would send an extra $10
check. But they would not be willing to let us send additional receipts from the fundraiser to get
more towards the fundraiser.
Someone should talk to the school since there was a CFA fundraiser for Mad week. Make sure
that they know that their amount may not reflect actual purchases, if the app is still not working
correctly.
May want to consider additional sit down restaurants for future fundraisers: Granelli’s pizza was
popular in the past in warmer months, so people could sit outside on the patio.
1d. Uniform fund discussion
We need to figure out the plan for putting aside money for one uniform/month. Mr. Cellar doesn't
want to add to band fees. We can’t add a uniform cleaning fee since that’s a district fee. Will
need to continue to think about how we handle this for next school year

We are moving away from Capriotti’s. Will be ordering Snarf’s since they were willing to donate
