Meeting called to order at 5:01 pm

Motion was made to approve November 2023 mins.


Treasurer's report: 

  • $9,908.01 (11/30) 

  • $8,938.81 (12/6) * Venmo not reflected

  • Peaches outstanding $4,030.81.

  • 990Charity 99's filed and accepted.

  • Colorado gives $1,969.41 ($840 recurring) 


GALA Planning- Saturday April 27

  • Roaring 20's - photo booth,

  • silent auction Joan/Gloria

  • Decor- reuse past decor

  • Tix pricing $50 presale/ $60 after March 15

  • Caterer search- coast to coast? food truck? 

  • Gala pan meeting end of January IC brewhouse 4:30

Winter Percussion/ Winter Guard

  • Jodi- Winter Guard -8 students $250 fees.

  • It was mentioned that the Winter Guard should preform, and volunteer at gala.

Fundraising-

  • 25 ornaments were sold.

  • Cuba Cuba late Jan/ early Feb

  • Concessions at Feeder fest - Lisa/Leigh/ Jen 

Next meeting- to be determined due to Continental rehearsal & Pepe band schedule.
